CRYPTO-DAILY THE MKT IN NUMBERS: BIP91 LOCKED IN AS MARKET RESPONDS WITH $14B GAIN #0011
Market Overview.
BIP91 has been locked in, hours before the count down ended the market started reacting with BTC rising as high as $2938 on Bitstamp pulling the rest of the market along on its way up. The market gained 18.26% a massive $14.637B to close(GMT+1) at $94.794B, market volume was $5.75B a 21.25% spike. I learnt that after the BIP91 lock in the miners have 2 days to upgrade and any miner who doesn't will have its blocks rejected. There will be a lot of volatility in these 2 days, so guys please be careful especially if you are new in this market. A total of 814 cryptocurrencies, 175 Assets, and 4,629 market pairs were traded. Bitcoin's market dominance increased to 48.9% almost half of the total market cap.

Guys, with delight in my voice I announce the board is lush green, Nem XEM had the highest growth of 24.07 although Bitcoin BTC had the day with over $9B increase. DASH lost the battle for the No.6 spot to age old rival Nem XEM to settle for No.7 spot, while other coins on the board held on to their positions. The question is can the market keep up this pace or will the excitement die down? The top Ten cryptos combined market cap rose by 18.48% to close at $80.038B controlling 87.6% of the total market capitalization a negligible increase from previous day's 87.44%, while the remaining cryptos retain 12.4%.

Guys, Qtum is still here (surprise!) although it lost the No.9 spot to occupy the No.10 spot. DASH had a 70.95% leap in volume I believe it had to do with the apple play store news and the general boost in the market, it moved up 3 spots to eject EOS from the No.7 spot all the way down to No.9 spot, while Ripple XRP and Ethereum Classic ETC swapped places with XRP claiming the No.5 spot from ETC. I observed that Bitcoin's BTC dominant pair changed from the traditional ETH/BTC to BTC/USD and that of Tether USDT changed also to BTC/USDT this indicates a flow of fiat into BTC reflecting positively in its market cap. Our top 10's combined volume was $5.42B a massive 94.26% of total volume traded an increase from previous day's 93.21% leaving the remaining cryptos with 5.74% of investors attention.

We saw an increase in volumes across exchanges with Bitfinex doing 56% more than the previous day and powered by BTC/USD pair a further proof of inflow of cash.
