Steemit boys, learning chinese :) CryptoGirl92

in #crypto8 years ago (edited)

Hi everybody,

my name is Amanda, i am 22 years old and studying in Vienna :) it is such a beautiful city. I have a geeky father, who introduced me to cryptocurrencies... so i try this platform now, lets see what it brings :)

So yesterday I took a chinese class, I think I get everytime a little bit better. But it is a very difficult language for europeans, it is a isolated type, so it is totally different from our language in europe :( but you know, china will be the top leader in maybe 10-20 years on the global market, so I try hard to learn it.

And I had a hard yoga class in the gym :) I hope you enjoyed my first short introduction. More posts will keep coming, just come back sometimes!

If you enjoyed it, please give an upvote :)

Welcome! Good luck!

A very late welcome Cryptogirly! You write very well in chinese! :)

Hello Amanda,

Welcome to Steemit! You have been here a lot longer than me, but you must be busy in school. :)

If I can help with anything, please let me know.

All the best!

Welcome to Steemit! You can make this post even more valuable by adding a picture with you holding a hello Steemit sign, with today's date.

Cheers
CG

how does that make it more valuable cryptogee? technically?

It's just as Kevin says below, I was just trying to give you some friendly advice, you will get more votes if people are certain it's not a fake account.

You seem real, which is why I voted for you in the first place, however not everyone is as trusting (gullible) as me :-)

Because there are lots of fake account posting lately. Yes CG's right, it'll be better.

I disagree. When I see these pictures I tend to think they are fake. Because maybe not in Steemit, but in every other realm when you see those pictures, its because someone bought them from fiverr. It doesn't prove anything.

Welcome! But I think that you should have put the post in #introduceyourself instead of in #cripto, there it would have acceptance great more.
The Chinese must be very difficult, spirit and luck with the studies.

Regards!

I added the introduceyourself tag, I hope this is enough :)

She can easily edit the tags in.

or should I delete the other tags? I am really new here

It is ok now, your history already appears in #introduceyourself. :)

Sweet Amanda. Will you teach me chinese? ))

Hi Amanda, welcome to Steemit. That's one dense vocabulary list you have here! Good luck learning all that, and kudos to the red stress ball for coping with it.

thanks recursive! nice name :D

Hey! Welcome to Steem! I wish I had a geeky father too. My father is somewhat against of me going in computer major

oh really? thats really sad, but you have to listen to your heart and your talents. If they agree with this way, go for it!

Welcome! Nice introduction but I think it would really be in your favor if you added a new pic of yourself with maybe a text somewhere confirming this is the real you posting on the steemit account.

Enjoy your stay.

is it now better? i posted my Studentenausweis where is a stamp and my picture from vienna university

Wuuut how big is that passport, wasn't it annoying carrying it around in the city like that?

Just kidding. :P but it would have been enough I think with you maybe just holding a letter or something that says steemit on it. For example. :)

But welcome aboard, if you have any questions about the technicalities of the platform, let me know.

yes i have a lot of questions :) is here an option for private messaging or I have to post the questions here below in the comments?

No private messaging yet I'm afraid. Would post my contact here but you have to remember that everything you post here remains on a blockchain and it won't come down easy. So you have to be careful with personal information.

okey, but why we dont have notifications here? and how this works with payout? personal messaging will come too?

If you have time I suggest to read the whitepaper, it looks hard on your eyes at first but its divided in nice and informative sections about how the payouts work, how voting works and is shared, etc. PM's will probably come with time, payouts come after 24h after the post has had its payout I think. (You can check posts payout timers)

These pictures with a sign make things look really tacky, and are meaningless.
