Funk Metal Sour Barrel-Aged Stout by Jester King Brewery

Unfiltered, unpasteurized, naturally conditioned, imperial stout fermented with farmhouse yeast, aged for months in oak barrels with wild yeast and souring bacteria, then blended with other barrel-aged beer.

Now this is one funky beer. I get Chocolate and tartness which battle for an overall dominance. There are nice roasted malt notes
with some slightly sweet acidity and cherry aromas.
