SPUD 4 is August 1st
Looks like I SPUDed too soon ;)
You may have heard of SPUD or Steem Power Up Day. August 1st is the 4th SPUD, I missed SPUD 3 but baby I'm back for four. Post your pics of your recent power-ups and I will upvote you if it's at least 1/10th as big as mine.
If you want to learn more about it, check out @streetstyle or @xpillar's latest posts. There are prizes for people who power up the most. Unfortunately, I'm too large to qualify but I don't need free Steem and delegations as much as some of you. You can read about the prizes here
It's that easy, just get some Steem and power it up. I got lucky playing cards @kryptogames and thought before my luck turns, I should power some of my winnings up. It's usually the smarter thing to do. Some people are already saving up their liquid Steem so they can get in on the lucrative prizes. Steem is cheap right now relative to a few months ago so it has never been a better time to power it up!
You can sell some tokens, cryptocurrencies, or hard cold cash for Steem on the exchange, just don't spam junk posts to get that liquid Steem. Go big or go home! Spud isn't about powering up 1 or 2 Steem to me, I want to see some 3 or 4 digit action going on. If you post a screenshot of your decent-sized power up, I promise to upvote your comment and your post!

Was going to wait until Aug 1st to power-up but I sometimes go full-tilt and prefer to safely power-up excess Steem. I'll try to SPUD at least a couple hundred though on Aug 1. I really like what you are doing with this.
