The best part of Steemit as you said, is that it has the potential of been the true entry door for masses into cryptocourrencies.

You do not need any amount to invest and get started, you only need good ideas to post, time and energy to work and a pc or mobile connected to internet, that´s all. Well, and some patience :)

That is great, because a single dollar can make a difference to people that has no resources and this can bring a lot of more equality to the world.

I agree with you in all the arguments you have said, they are true and are great.

I would like to look at some other factors to take in consideration, to complete your great article.

• Steemit need more visibility to gain users (you are making a very good work here promoting Steemit with your articles), buy maybe a team soport sponsorship, events, celebrities.. Steemit needs more people coming.

• There are other players coming to the playing field, like Akasha, and other more similar to Steemit proyects that we don´t know now. We don´t know if it can be a main position reinforcement to Steemit or a threat to take in care.

• Masses like doing things simple. Steemit should try to accelerate the learning curve to take all the potential of Steemit.

• Managing four public keys plus another four private extra long keys can be a little annoying for the masses.
  Maybe a function where you can select what kind of key want to use without having to write it down could help here, or a 2FA like Google Authenticator.

• Accelerate the grow of minnows to dolphins and then to whales. The faster is the process, then more people will come to Steemit.

• Bots can be very useful but can be dangerous too. The vote of a real person should have comparatively more value than a bot one, if not, people will not vote and delegate it to bots.

• Multimedia tokens can bring many users. The video should be more present in Steemit. Youtube is the new TV, people spend lot of time viewing videos, and it could atract many potential users. A good support to videos would be great and very convenient.
  Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, all of them have been working to give a very good experience of viewing short videos.
