Lisbon - Boat Trip
Hello steemians. Today I will share with you this wonderful boat trip that I take in Lisbon. I loved this trip, very beautiful landscape, very relaxed, I saw several historical monuments and I could enjoy drinks and snacks during the trip. I strongly advise you to take a boat trip in Lisbon. Take a look at my photos:
Ponte 25 de Abril (25th of April bridge)
Padrão dos Descobrimentos (Monument to the Discoveries)
Museu da Electricidade (Electricity Museum)
Speaking now about how I do this amazing trip to Lisbon (I have shown you before in other posts) and the boat trip: I bought an Yellow Bus ticket.
The price I paid for the ticket was 27€ and I could take 3 different tours on a panoramic bus and a boat trip on the Tejo River:
Tagus Tour - through the historic center of Lisbon and the Belém area. You can observe Jerónimos Monastery, Tower of Belém and Monument to the Discoveries and several museums, the Carriage Museum in particular.
Belém Tour - to get to know the Belém area better. You can observe Jerónimos Monastery, Cultural Centre of Belém (CCB), Belém Tower, Monument to the Discoveries, National Coach Museum.
Olisipo Tour - through the park of nations, passing through more modern areas of Lisbon. You can observe the venue for the 1998 World Expo, modern architecture, leisure areas and restaurants, Oceanarium (the second largest in the world), and finally the house museum dedicated to fado singer, Amália Rodrigues.
Yellow Boat Tour - A trip down the Tejo River. you can observe the most important monuments and edifications such as the Saint Jorge Castle, the Sé Cathedral, the April 25th Bridge and Cristo Rei (King Christ).
Below you can see in which important points the bus and the boat passes:
If you want to buy a ticket like mine, you can do it through this link: https://www.yellowbustours.com/en-GB/Lisbon/Circuits/Bus-Boat.aspx
There are other tours that can do in Lisbon, just give an overview of the site: https://www.yellowbustours.com/en-GB/Lisbon/Circuits.aspx
You can buy the ticket online, at points of sale that are spread around Lisbon or even on the bus.
But if you want to take another bus, tuc tuc, metro station or even walk you can do it. There are several forms to do a tour in Lisbon.
