What is  Stop-Limit ?

Stop-Limit is a type of order used in stock markets. A trigger price is set for this type of order. In the stop-limit orders given for the purchase, the buy order occurs when the lowest selling price rises above the triggering price. A rise in this number can be caught.

In stop-limit orders given for sale, the aim is to protect ourselves against a possible fall. It can be used to protect profit or not to cause much damage. The working principle is as follows: If the highest purchase order falls below the trigger price you set, a sales order is generated.

 Stop-Limit borsalarda kullanılan bir emir türüdür. Bu emir türünde tetikleyici bir fiyat belirlenir. Alış için verilen stop-limit emirlerde en düşük satış fiyatı tetikleyici fiyatın üzerine çıktığında alış emri oluşur. Bu sayede yükseliş yakalanabilir.Satış için verilen stop-limit emirlerde ise amaç olası bir düşüşe karşı kendimizi korumaya almaktır. Kârı korumak veya fazla zarar etmemek için kullanılabilir. Çalışma prensibi şu şekildedir: en yüksek alış emri belirlediğiniz tetikleyici fiyatın altına düşerse satış emri oluşur.
