Question for you brother. This is my first week and im getting my first payouts. I converted my Steem Dollars to Steem on the internal market. My question to you is "Should I power up" and exchange my Steem for Steem Power? What do you think would be a better move for me as a beginner? Or, maybe I should ask, "What would you do" Since you're in the future and all! lol.

Just my take on things. As a beginner you want to build up as much steem power as possible as this gives you more influence when voting up your own and other peoples posts. for example I'll now upvote both your comment and my own comment, which will then pay us both a certain amount based on the percentage that I use.
Steem power = power ;)

So if you payout your Steem to Steem Power, can you just write hundreds of real comments and Upvote them and therefore earn lets say 10 cents each.
100 comments that's 10dollar per day, that's 100 dollars per 10 days that's 300 dollars per month?
Kind of, except the more posts you upvote the less voting power you have so the less reward you'll get per upvote. until your voting power replenishes that is.
How did you succeed in getting a rating of 5 when you start with 25? You must have pissed some people off :D
I've noticed that people who dont like what you talk about use their influence against you. Because Im new to the site im slowly learning how it works as well as the community. Though the community has been great overall, I've noticed that there are some people who have power here that have disliked my blog post simply because I discuss bitconnect. When I checked who it is its the same names that come up that pushes down my posts. I dont know why they did it. They're not following me, im not following them and im brand new to the site. What I believe is happening is that individuals like that search for topics that they dont like and they try to kill it by giving negative votes or however they do it. It is what it is. I spoke to a fellow Steemit member and he informed me on how to get around the hate.
Yeah I've noticed that to, seem to be ok to talk about it in videos but not in posts.
I think it's unfair to just downvote someone because they don't like your specific topic.
The majority of my posts are in video form. What I believe these individuals have done is looked at the title or the tag of my post and used that information to know what im talking about within my video and simply pushed down my posts. I have 11 posts, all dealing with the same topic using the same tags and have the word "bitconnect" in the title that have been pushed down by people who arent even subbed to me or that I've even had a prior engagement with for example. I could understand if we spoke in the past and you're pissed at me or something. But I've been here for a week and I have these particular individuals who've made it their business to attack my content.
I think the trick is not to mention it in the post or tag it. Just talk about it in the video.
Which im about to try out for the first time! lol. Im uploading a video to YT now and then will link it here. Hopefully I can avoid the unwarranted negative attention to my page.

HF 19 has given us the opportunity to earn more steem power and Lock In that steem...By “Lock In” your coins in STEEM POWER has the potential to drive the price of STEEM up, as there will now be less "Liquid Steem" available to buy.

Now everyone can earn more after HF19. And i think people should find a balance between reinvesting and taking out the money, as you also need to grow in the community... What do you say @craig-grant
