19th #Cartoon-off (Caption this!) contest, guest judge: @arseniclullaby!

ATTENTION ARTISTS: for this week and next week we will be having our first content guidelines.
Guidelines are as follows:
Please draw inspiration for your submissions from either

1. the life, work, or legacy of Stan Lee
2. thankfulness/gratitude/giving thanks (it being Thanksgiving)

15 Steem, 10 SBI prizepool and 2 new categories: “caption this” and “no text/no dialogue.”
Contests will be announced on Sunday, prizes from the previous week handed out on Monday.

Judging Guidelines

All skill levels are welcome. We will not be judging technical expertise but instead cartoon originality.
What is most important is the stylistic originality of your submission and the strength of its message.
Cartoons can inspire all sorts of emotions from outrage to laughter, but do so because they have a narrative. The manner of presentation is simplified to where someone with zero background in either fine art or your subject matter can gather and take away your message: how will you do this with your cartoon?

For this ninteenth week, our judges will be @corpsvalues and @arseniclullaby!!

I begged @arseniclullaby to come back and judge our first 2 themed weeks for us, and there is a reason why: we have in him a man, who like Stan Lee, pulled himself up by his bootstraps and followed his dreams of pursuing a life of brightening the lives of others with his craft of visual entertainment. We are grateful and lucky to have him as a member of the Steemit community, and even more for him to be joining us in #cartoon-off (caption this).
If you know of someone who you think is willing to take the leap and try their hand at making a cartoon, then be sure to give them a nudge, because despite there being 3 prizes awarded, this is actually a judgment free zone! =D
