New House Coming soon!!

So today a decision has been made to sell our home. Now there are a few factors at hand at why where selling but, the fact is we've been here over 4 years and have built up some equity in the property and we feel it's time to capitalize. So with that being said my goal is to see if I can price this home properly and sell it quicker than my last property.

I've done an CMA ( comparative market analysis) and it looks as if the property will sell fast if we STAGE the property properly. So as I embark on this journey I will keep you up to date on this project. Won't need luck just a good team with this one.
