Close but no cigar....

So I didn't close today on the house today, but I did learn something.... Today was supposed to be the closing date for my property and instead I got calls about paperwork not being completed ( which it was ) there was an issue with the title just unexpected circumstances. So I had to produce the title insurance and also calm the buyer down because they are leaving on their honeymoon in 5 days!! So you could say there is a little pressure building up but nothing life threatening just another obstacle. Also the fire inspection was done today. Small infractions so that will be remedied sooner than later. And that will be my update for now on the Real Estate project. Also dedicating 4 hrs to finding new clients.

Now as for the side hustle, I'm working on a few projects and as I roll them out I will showcase some of the imagery and my creativity in these new ventures which I am looking forward to. And of course blogging is in that niche as well. So this is my time to spend 45 mins to blog in between everything else that requires attention. I also have learned the value of asking for help because to become great a team is needed. You cant do everything alone, so until then.... See you soon! Victory is in the distance...
