When cryptocurrency and music collide!
It seems that when things become 'popular' and mainstream they are often represented in music. Cryptocurrency is no exception to this. With the crazy rise in prices of late 2017, cryptocurrency attracted attention from all sorts of areas. Below are a few of the songs I found related to crypto - the majority of them are rap and hip hop - I cant see metallers being interested in writing about cryptocurrency!
Gramatik - Satoshi Nakamoto
This song was the one that actually made me realise people were making music about crypto. Gramatik is a brilliant music producer from Solvenia, producing all types of music from hiphop and rap to jazz and blues. Interestingly this song was released in 2016 - before the boom - I wonder if Gramatik is invested in Bitcoin and has made a lot of money? This is the only 'serious' song on the list.
Chris Record - HODL Gang
This one is definetly a bit of a parody, and has some very classy lyrics:
Just made a mil with my pocket change. Record bout to go and join the hodl gangI wonder if hes is still/ever was invested in crypto? If he is hodling that wont be worth a mil anymore! This song was released in December 2017 - right at the height of the crypto 'boom' - so really testing their hodl skills now
TeamHodl -Lamboland
This song is brilliant and has all the crypto stereotypes - the video features them in a lambo rapping about the moon and hodling (their tshirts even say HODL on them!). They are basically just rapping about how good the life is of a crypto millionaire. I would love to hear a follow up to this song written in June 2018 - there would be no lambos, and the moon would be a distant memor. This one was released in October 2017, so they got in slightly before the boom.

I would love to hear a follow up to some of these songs written in June 2018 - there would be no lambos, and the moon would be a distant memory. With the hype train seeminly well gone now I doubt we will see to much more music about crypto in the near future - they probably can't afford to record and produce the music.

Dragon Ball The Abridged Series is arguably one of my favorite parodies ever.
I was never a fan of dragonball so the humor might be lost on me. Il give it a try tho!
I was a fan when I was a kid but as I grew older, I realized how ridiculously bad the series actually was most of the time.
DBZ TAS being self aware of that in a way is what makes it great. Also funny and fitting voice acting and dialogue.
