Personal Development And Growth-(11-10-2025)
Personal Development: Hello amazing steemians, it’s coco2025. So today I want to share some insight as regards to how my day went and necessity for personal development to be ensure healthy living and quality life. So after waking up this morning, I had a phone call from my friend about personal development and it got me fascinated because it’s an interesting aspects of becoming in life totally.
So after the call ended I had to do critical analysis looking to the in-depth of how much I need to put in the work to developing my self. So I had to question what personal development truly means and how it affects one’s life. Personal development to my definition is conscious effort in realizing, understanding and making daily efforts to embracing growth as real and implementing it as part of your living.
This got some excited to making me not only reflecting but also knowing fully that every human being can actually become better and live a healthy life when you know your self, simply put know your worth as scripture would say man know thy self. It is very necessary to fully come into awareness and reflecting through the past programming, thereby making intentional effort to growth.
I then realized that making personal development a habitual thing, would not only grow you but also increase your living of reason, your perception and you can relate to life better with confidence and clarity. That’s why diary game today is not only to inspire but also to add value that with personal development a lot of mistakes can be avoided as you journey through life.
A small tip that I also realized that can really help one in implementing this as a hobby, is practicing SWOT analysis. Which are your Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, and Treats. With this SWOT you can track and check your actions as you live daily, also learning is what’s makes life fun and exciting so embracing it will always make you grow in areas you don’t know.
