Chromebooks and Cloud Services

What are people's opinions on the chromebook type of laptop? Where you have minimal processor, RAM, and GB storage.... like 32 GB or less. I don't keep much storage junk, but it seems like 32 GB is quite small just for downloading basic software. However, as most things are in the cloud, what do people have for their favorite cloud service sites?
