It is just that as you said people want profit..and they want it now...
I think the price has such an effect on the overall mood because crypto is a space full of first time investors who heard about the get rich quick success stories. Now that most of those opportunities have passed those left behind are sulking.
For those reading there are many positive years ahead for us all that stay the course. Be patient and continue to read while educating yourself about the space.
Agreed, it can't always be going up or there would never be new opportunities. Gotta listen to Elsa and learn to 'Let it go' and be in a good position for the next bull market.

I mean when i take a calculator and put it all together i made a 10000000% more USD on steem then i could anywhere else for the same work.
Whats there to complain about, to fear, really.
Just ride the waves. Atm with the peg being active i make more SP then i could have made at 4USD Steem.

Agreed, I feel that investment is more than just a financial thing. We put our time and energy into a platform and that isn't something directly correlated to money. We're building a platform for restructuring how content and reward fundamentally works, it's got to be about something more than a few bucks in the short term.
