Welcome back everyone, it's time for another weekly philosophy and psychology curation post. I think this is my favorite post to make every week and usually they get pretty good feedback and support for the authors I'm sharing, so I just want everyone to know that I do appreciate you taking the time to read these and support the authors I'm sharing. Each post will be upvoted by @msp-curation and one will be resteemed by the official @minnowsupport account. Let's get this show rolling:

My first pick this week comes from @cali-girl who brings us an amazing post on how to get ourselves ready to love. She stresses the importance of self love and gives a lot of advice on how to go about this process. I have been reading her posts for a while and I feel you will find her to be consistent and thoughtful. I am a fan and I hope you will check out her post and become a fan as well.

For the next post, I'm including a small cropped portion of the art and to see the entirety of it, you must visit their post. @ladymaharet makes some beautiful art and I have been following her for a while, but I really enjoyed this post, where she discusses her own battle with depression and the symptoms that she struggles with. I feel that it's always brave when people are willing to discuss their own battles with mental health and I know all too well how difficult it can be. I found the post to be an interesting read and I think her artwork speaks for itself. Please show her some support and encouragement. :)

@read3986 brings us an interesting post about truth and perception. I always enjoy seeing others try to tackle this subject as I feel it's very fundamental to philosophy and psychology. The author discusses how two people can have different truths and gives examples to help illustrate the concept. I found it to be a great read and I hope you'll check it out.

The next post I have for you this week comes from @i-juggler. Philosophy can be found any many things and movies or books are no exception. The author discusses the philosophy and psychology of the movie The Life of Pi and relates it to their own life. I found that the post resonated well with me and I enjoyed it. Check it out and see what you think!

The final post I have for you this week comes from @leaky20 and it's about sleep paralysis. I feel that this post is both important and very informative as this is an issue I seem to hear more about lately. It's interesting to me as I had never had a single incident of sleep paralysis until I started regularly lucid dreaming. The author discusses some of the science behind how sleep paralysis works and what to expect if it happens to you as well as explores some of the implications and theories behind it. I find this post both interesting and useful for my own life. Thanks for joining me again this week everyone and I'll see you all next week with another five posts to promote. Namaste.

Hey clayboyn, I'm glad you liked the post. I've been putting out blogs on related topics for a while and wasn't sure if there was an audience. Good to know there's interest out there!

There's an audience, it just takes time and effort to get noticed on steemit. There aren't enough curators compared to the ratio of content. Keep up the good work and don't give up though, you'll grow in time.

There are many authors out there that can create excellent content but are not recognize and thanks to @clayboyn who dedicate his time and effort to look for these authors and share them with us. Thanks for sharing these post.

Fascinating info! The human mind is, to this day our most profound mystery. Love your content!

Some years ago i had sleep paralysis at least once a week, it's really scary, and i always woke up with my heart rate beating so fast i thought i was going to have a heart attack.
Finally found the reason why, I can't sleep with my face to the ceiling, i need to sleep with my face to the bed, every time i fall asleep staring at the ceiling i get huge nightmares and i get episodes of sleep paralysis.
Thanks for the tips, i'll surely read some of the posts you recommended.
