I've been wanting to go to beach and enjoy the ocean and its natural healing attributes. Not only the physical health but also the emotional and psychological health, the sea and ocean provides the right atmosphere to be healed by nature.
The salty breeze is good for the lungs and the whole respiratory system and the sun helps process the vitamin D in our body.
