Shine and poverty of domestic architecture

The last couple of weeks had a lot of time on the road. Many hours of travel, though were quite tedious, but allowed a fresh look around many settlements of our region. Causing a controversial bouquet of feelings and a rather unpleasant aftertaste.

Passing the mowed houses along the road, it is difficult to notice at once, hidden from prying eyes the next elite settlement. Palaces in miniature and unusual architecture. From afar it seems that the owners have arranged the real competition who will have more house. Really don't quite understand the logic of development, because wanting to relax from the urban bustle I would like a little more privacy, and certainly not be observed in the window of a neighboring house. Given the spread of such buildings, the issue is clearly not in the value of the land. One day, we had to go around a huge traffic jam on the main road. Navigator confidently paved the route for one of his famous logic and we were in such a wilderness and abandoned at first glance country road that seeing the next turn well-groomed plot of forest and shiny in the sun roofs of new houses, I thought that wealthy people are not so calmly alive. Large companies developers do not save on the design of appearance, proudly stating that they were attracted by some of the best companies in Europe. That's just paying attention to the appearance, forget the convenience of living in the new apartments, when balconies not separated by full walls and left a gap of 15-20 centimeters, before glazing. Apparently in order to shake hands with a neighbor, "enjoy" a smoke and of course to be aware of the personal lives of others. Importantly, outside, the house looked awesome.

For some reason, many forget that building houses those people from whom they want to avoid. I am sure that many will then wait for unpleasant surprises and greetings from the builders. My friend was recently offered several business class apartments to choose from, with a good discount. In the first of them on the inside of the door counter got fun warning that these square metres were the most favorite place to pee.

I myself see not a little of this kind of briefs during repairs, the benefit that they were dedicated mainly to the quality of construction and finishes. It is necessary to consider that we now speak about premises. What happens in shopping and business centers, known only to the direct participants in the process. I remember how one friend, after the commissioning of one of these objects, strongly advised his not to visit.

Many of our cities have centuries of history, which leaves a strong imprint on the landscape. Of course, it is much easier to build from scratch, having a large-scale project, but it is simply impossible to discard the past, although the practice of demolishing entire neighborhoods already exists, but it is expensive, as well as a lot of problems. Only municipal orders often look like a completely tasteless economy with one goal in satisfying the demand. So we have recently concluded a long-term construction of the ice Palace, from the side looks like a production shop and not a place that is so eagerly expected by the citizens. The same can be said about new houses for resettlement of emergency housing - full economy with hearing neighbors several floors.

That has to us today to see how elite country home hiding for surviving the last year of the pre-war buildings, like a polished businessman or a representative of the ruling elite down to the people.
