These fats are antioxidants and reduce the risk of tumor diseases. For prevention, it is sufficient to use only 5.5 grams of omega-3 fat per month. This corresponds to 1 two-hundred-gram can of canned tuna in its own juice per week.

The complex of omega-3 fats for those who develop muscle is very important. Especially, it is necessary to use these fats before the competition in order to "dry" the muscles. After all, omega-3 releases a lot of energy necessary for training, but at the same time it does not bind to water, which causes the spreading of the muscle relief.
