Fried chicken with vegetables

Ingredients:

• 200 g of chicken breast (can be replaced by a thigh without skin or other meat);
• 100 g of broccoli;
• 100 g of zucchini;
• 100 g of cherry tomatoes;
• 50 g of dry rice;
• 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
  
  

Preparation

Cut the meat into small pieces and fry on one tablespoonful of butter. Add your favorite spices. Wash the pan, pour the remaining oil. Broccoli is divided into inflorescences, zucchini cut into large cubes, cut cherry tomatoes in half. In turn, fry the vegetables until done. In salted water, boil the rice. Put all the components of the dinner in a container.
