In Actifit, every movement counts, if you see, as soon as you move with your handset then the numbers will change right?
If you attain 5000 points then that's good and if you attain 10000 points then it's great. Benefits of Actifit are, after sharing your Actifit Report through application you will get upvote from Actifit team and also AFIT Tokens which will be tradable after Smart Media Tokens Protocol (SMT) is live.
