Diary game for Sunday 2 / june/2024.Attending our monthly family gathering.

Hi everyone , hope every one is doing great . Sundays for me are always special especially the first sunday of the month , am always looking forward to it because we have lined up of events both in church and our family ,so i always try to put every thing in place to enable participate fully in every activities. So for today i woke up early as usual , i need to prepare breakfast and lunch at the same time so that when we get back from church , its very easy for me.I love preparing light breakfast in the morning , most times i go with cereals , different kinds of it.

MORNING ROUTINE.

I Started early , cleaning the house and my kitchen before boiling my white rice , i needed to prepare rice and egg sauce for lunch , so while the rice waa on fire , i started preparing my ingredients for the sauce . so i had my eggs , onions red ball pepper , seasoning cubes , dry fish , i love adding some pieces of dry fish to my sauce, i had my fresh tomatoes and tomato paste ,salt,groundnut oil, etc that was all i needed for my egg sauce .

So i proceeded in slicing my fresh tomatoes and onions , keep aside open my tomato paste , and blended my fresh pepper together with a little ginger and garlic ,after preparing all that , my boiled rice was ready for washing , i did that thoroughly before boiling it again with little water and salt to soft well , i went on to do other things while my kids were doing their house chores ,before moving to the bathroom to have their bath and prepare for service.

After having their bath , they moved to the dinning to have their breakfast which was easy to prepare , i just needed to boil water for tea, put it in their different cups , give them their bread and they start eating while i retire back to the kitchen to complete my cooking ,i had to check on my rice , check the softness before bringing it down to prepare my eggs sauce.

Firstly i put a dry pot on fire , put my desirable amount of oil , wait for some seconds before pouring my fresh tomatoes and sliced onions into the oil , i kept on adding my ingredients simultaneously and stirring it properly to avoid burns, i added my tomato paste , blended ginger and garlic , pepper , dry fish ,seasoning cubes and salt ,waited for it to cook for a while before adding the final ingredient which is the eggs with a pinch of salt stir it very well and added it to the boiling pot , cover the pot for few seconds to allow the eggs to mould a little before stirring.

Then cook it for like a second then i brought it down ,it was ready i had to cover my pot then moved to the bathroom to have my bath , then the kids had already finished eating , so they were packing their bags , with their church materials ,that is , their writing materials which is their books ,pen, pencil and bible , their water jar,etc .
After bathing ,we started dressing up , i basically don't eat on sunday morning , so we finished dressing up and we went off to the road to get a vehicle to church , on getting to the road , we saw a cap and we headed off , getting to church , it was almost full because we had just one service.

THE SERVICE

Rendering services in church is always my top priorities .

I see it as a rare privilege to serve in the house of God ,so when i arrived , i moved to where am suppose to be , i started putting things in order , like neatly arranging the chairs for our pastors , cleaning them , keeping pens for the people that don't have , and other things etc before sitting down to participate in the different segments of the service . one of the important segment of the service is that we have children from our children church participating in the adult church. Its always a big day for them.

So we had them participating, in talk shows on the need of a Christian to always attend church services ,and the need for every child to always read their bibles and walk according to the will and purpose of God in their lives , they lead on one of the prayer points which was praying for children all around the world , it was perfectly done ,so we started praying in accordance to the prayer points , massively praying for the well being of every child around the world , we prayed for their safety and maximum supply of their needs , and praying against them being influence by the corrupt devices of the world .
After that came other prayer points and worship before the word of God.

THE WORD.

The word of God coming from our pastor came so amazing with the topic : Dealing with the spirit of fear. The text was taken from the book of Gen 3 vs 10 and 2 timothy 1 vs 33.
He started by explaining the meaning of fear ,so he said fear is an unpleasant emotions , fear is also the captivity of the devil and fear can also be describe as false evidence appearing real.
He went on to talk about four types of fear which is

• The fear of death Heb 2 vs 15
• The fear of shame or failure isaiah 54 vs 4 and prov 3 vs 25 .
• Fear of the unknown Psalms 91 vs 5 and finally
• Fear of the night.
  He went on to talk about the causes of fear
  Which is what we hear,Deu 20 VS 1
  What we see , Luke 21 vs 11
  Enemy treats Deu 20 vs 8
  Keeping company with fearful people 2tim 1 vs7
  And having the spirit of fear .

He went on to talk about the negative effect of fear which is fear is a magnet , fear causes torment , fear keeps people in bondage , fear makes people loss their possessions , fear causes death and sickness , and lastly where can take people to places they were not meant to be.He gave us some bible verses to back that up
And lastly he talked about how to overcome fear

• To be conscious of Gods presence .
• To avoid company of fearful people .
• Having a better knowledge of the word of God . I learnt a lot from service today after the word we did several things before closing the service .
  I was suppose to attend a meeting after service but when i checked the time , i couldn't wait , i had to leave quickly so that i meet up with other activities .

AFTERNOON ACTIVITIES.

So we left to get a cap back to the house, fortunately for us we saw a cap that took us home, i had to serve them lunch before getting them ready to attend our monthly family meeting ,which was scheduled for 2 pm Nigerian time , so after eating , they were already calling us to start coming out so we finished eating , quickly get dressed and headed out again for the meeting , we didn't really know that location very well , l had to ask questions with the address on my phone , luckily for me and the kids.

The first tricycle we saw said he knew the place very well and we entered though the distance was quite far, finally we got there.
The environment was quite serene, a new developing Area in the city of uyo Akwa ibom state , we got into the house and met with other family members , after several greetings we started immediately with prayers lead by a young pastor in our midst ,after the prayers came with the meeting proper .

Several matters were deliberated upon and we went forward to celebrate new family members that joined in . we had a big events coming up in december so we took time to plan concerning that event, that actually took a while before we entered the item 6 which was refreshments.

So after every thing was set , we started with the children first with their food and drinks.

After so much merriment , came prayers for the host family and other necessary discussions.
They really hosted us very well we had lots of food to eat and drinks . big thanks to the host family.

It was joyful moments coming together as one in love , i had fun and the kids also had fun . i was served my delicious meal while soup with cassava swallow i love this soup a lot, this is one of my favorite meal , i lobe eating it a lot , its very easy to prepare and often requires lots of protein inside the soup to taste good.

It was very delicious , it tasted good , i had the food with a can of malt ,that was okay for me , it was already late , i needed to rush back to church for our global communion service , so we had to beg to leave ,we them departed to get a vehicle that will take us to church , on getting to church , every where was filled up because i was late , but not too long i entered , they started sharing the communion which i participated with my children , thereafter , the closing prayers then we departed .

I was already exhausted so i left immediately to the house so i can prepare for school the next day ,we got a vehicle and left , when we got home , even the kids were tired too , so they needed to freshen up , have their dinner and retire to their rooms and that gave me my time to prepare the necessary things i needed to prepare before resting for the day.

I was happy i attended to all the programs i needed to attain for today , i met all my goals so i rested very well. Thank you for going through my diary game for today . cheers to every one
