Dear steemians，This is my work for # 5th“Drawing Master” Contest★Theme:Military Equipment★.It's a Pixar Planes style J20 which is A Chinese made fifth generation stealth fighter .Hope you like it .

这期的主题是我非常感兴趣的，下了点功夫，3d制作周期也比较长，所以现在才交稿。希望大家喜欢，同时也感谢@angelina6688才女组织的这次有趣味，有意义的活动。我这次制作的是国产的隐形战斗机——歼20。网上很多这款飞机的CG效果图，水平专业，本人望尘莫及，如果按图纸复刻一个，只是重复了别人做过的事，没有什么意思。于是决定参考下面这张图，把歼20做成Disney动画《Planes》中的一个角色，目前看好像还没人做过这件事。

The Chengdu J-20 (simplified Chinese: 歼-20; traditional Chinese: 殲-20) is a single-seat, twinjet, all-weather, stealth fifth-generation fighter aircraft developed by China's Chengdu Aerospace Corporation for the People's Liberation Army Air Force (PLAAF)
In September 2017, the J-20 officially entered military service with PLAAF, becoming the third operational fifth-generation stealth fighter aircraft in the world, and the first in Asia.
歼-20（J-20）又名威龙，由成都飞机设计研究所设计、成都飞机工业集团生产、装备中国人民解放军空军的单座、双发、鸭式气动布局第五代重型隐形战机。歼-20采用全动鸭翼及垂尾和DSI进气道，拥有多种低可侦测性设计：大致呈五边形的机头及机身横截面、外倾斜双垂尾、带锯齿边空中受油管收纳舱、弹舱及起落架舱舱门、镀膜整体座舱盖、隐形特种涂料等，此皆隐形战机主要特征。
2017年3月，中国官方确认歼-20战机已经在中国空军服役。成为继美制F22和F35之后全世界第三个服役的第五代战斗机。

Production Process 制作过程

1.Modeling 建模

• 先根据三视图，用基本形状拼出大致轮廓。
  Make an overall shape according to blueprint .
  
• 用雕刻工具软化边缘，使粗胚更接近实际物体。
  Soften the edge of overall shape model using sculpting tools,make it more like the real object .
  
• 用网格面勾出机体的关键轮廓线。
  Retopology the model ,using face loop to construct key features of the aircraft ,like edges and face turnings.
  
• 用网格填充关键轮廓线之间的空间，形成一个完整的机体。
  Fill the gap between key faceloop ,make it a whole hull.
  
  

2.Texturing 绘制贴图

• 机身涂装，主要绘制了机翼，尾翼边缘，进气口及雷达罩等浅色部位。
  Paint the hull ,mainly the lighter stripes on the edge of wings and tails,intakes and radar shield .
  
• 设置材质节点时，只有BSDF节点可以通过mix节点连接到material output 节点的surface接口上。
  
• 这里我用了2D矢量绘图软件inkscape 绘制了眼睛贴图，因为是国产战机，当然应该画成我们中国人的黑色眼睛，下面是绘制过程。
  Here I'm using the vector drawing software Inkscape to draw eye texture .Since this is a Chinese made jet fighter ,I made it black pupil as Chinese people's pupil .Below is the drawing process .
  
  
  
  
  
• 贴图到飞机模型上，机头部分和驾驶舱做了调整，使其看上去卡通化一点。
  Make the eye a texture of the model. The proportion of nose and cockpit is modified to make the plane more cartoonish .
  

3.composition 合成

• 最后一步就是渲染，并将天空背景合成上去。
• The final step is render and composite to the sky background .
