Grated corn snack -an Indian spicy recipe 🌽 🌽 🌽
Indian cuisine is dominated by spicy recipes. As India is a very diversified country in terms of religion and languages, this makes Indian cuisine also diversified. I am from Rajasthan, India and here is rainy season now a days. In rainy season fresh corns are in abundance so I am sharing a spicy corn recipe , grated corn snack. Spices can be reduced or increased as desired.

Ingredients required-
Fresh corn 1.5 kg
Asafoetida 1/4 tsp
Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
Fennel seeds 1 tsp
Clove and black pepper 4-5 nos each
Green chillies 2 nos chopped
Dried red chillies 3 nos
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves chopped for garnishing
