A Tale of Two Crystals {possible tearjerker}
I had a collection of twelve, small clear quartz crystal points, purchased over a decade ago now. A few select people in my life got one with the intention of me having the "last one" and knowing the others had happy homes. Well, two+ years ago, it came down to the final two.
Yes, as you can hopefully see, halloween of 2016. I gave the crystal you see there, #11/12, to @lauralemons, at one time a very prominent Steemian here and a close friend of mine who, as many know lost her life to suicide.
The one in my hand and at the forefront of the first photo was the one I gave her. I believe crystals have metaphorical energies and felt the two should stay together permanently now. =)
These are Laura's awesome snowflake lights of which I plan to keep up all year round as she did. In the far right you can see "City Song" that I bought from her.
The opalite stone cross has meaning as a 97 y/o client of mine gave it to me just before she died & she had made it.
Back to the metaphysics....Opalite is the stone of happy dreams, brings positive transformation, & helps one feel lighter & happier. Seems a good shrine for Laura as she struggled greatly in life.
Oh, and if you were curious about the adorable hedgehog, he's just the front of the card I sent with this stone. =)
