Why is timing so cruel to us (Clara Benin- Parallel Universe - A Cover)

Obviously, I am obsessed with Clara Benin. The thing that I love the most about her is that she is an absolute lyrical genius! I have mentioned so many times in this platform that I am a sucker for songs that are written so beautifully. Clara Benin masterfully weaves together words and emotions to come up with songs that are so out of this world (pun definitely intended), you'd wonder why this lady isn't known by the world yet. My personal favorites include Tila, Kingdom Come, Be my thrill, December, Wine, and of course, Parallel Universe.

Last I heard, Clara Benin is on hiatus. Thankfully, she recently released Parallel Universe. I relate to this song so much on a personal level. Every word is so on point with what I've been through some time ago (I've written about this here). I can't even think of a favorite line, because each line has its own ingenuity that I can't handle!

Here's my humble attempt on this beautiful piece. Again, please bear with the hesitations (which ultimately end up as flats and sharps), as I am most of the time shaky when covering an awesome song. This cover is done a key higher than the original.
