Monday: Foodphotography. Crawfish

Year 2013. The year was very rich for trips to nature and fishing. Often the whole catch was cooked right on the beach. This is one example - freshly caught, and freshly prepared crawfish.

      I've never had crawfish. Does it happen to taste anything like shrimp, lobster, or crab? I've always assumed more like shrimp or crab, but I'm curious what the reality is.

        I did not eat lobsters. Shrimp to taste different from crayfish. crayfish is similar to itself, I do not know how to describe its taste. (
