📷SMAC - Day 9 | This is a unfair world 男女原本就不平等

This is the Day 9's post for 📷Steemit Monthly Author Challenge. In order to save some space, I just short the long name to SMAC. Then I can add some comment of the content. I hope no one will blame me for this.
这是每月写作挑战的第九天，我自作主张的把全名缩写为SMAC，为了让提名有点空间加一些的评论。希望没有人会指责我改名这件事儿。

Today I saw a the Public Service Announcement posts about the work fairness.
The little girl on the post says: I can't work and be a mummy. Mummies don't get promoted.

图中的小女孩说：我工作了就不能做妈妈了，因为妈妈们都不能被升职。

看了广告，我和朋友讨论了起来。
朋友质疑怎么现在还有如此广告，新加坡这方面做得很好啊。比如如果你怀孕了，公司不得开除你；产假有4个月；每年还有10多天的带薪假，让你回去照顾宝宝；如果你生了孩子回公司，公司也不得在某些期限内开除你。。。

但是，这是一个伪命题。
我们这么想，是因为我们在正规的大公司工作，是所谓的“精英”阶层。
靠脑子赚钱。
我想，所谓的中产阶级，不过是人群中的30%左右？

那些凭体力工作的呢？
试想一个特别极端的例子。这里很多家庭都有女佣，而一旦女佣查出怀孕，首先就是觉得此人人品不好，然后就以此为理由送她回国，合同也自动终结。
难道女佣的合同条款中规定了不得有性生活或者一定要避孕？
如果真的有这些规定，那社会规则已不再公平。

每次想到这里，我都感叹：原来我们努力读书拼命工作，就是为了自由的性生活啊！

我肯定又想多了。
