Hola amigos de @actifit. Debido a una leve infección tras una picada de mosquito no pude ir al gimnasio ni a la universidad. Por lo que el día fue menos activo de la habitual. Aún así trato de publicar a diario y no perder el entusiasmo por la actividad física y la salud. Actifit es un gran catalizador de este deseo.
