Rest in Peace Power Supply
Recently my PC's power supply decided to retire (died) so I decided to give it a funeral it deserves; it has been with me for many years, from the early days of my shitty upgraded Core 2 Duo set up which barely ran Minecraft, to newer systems with better processor and graphics cards.
Though no wonder it broke down; I've had it for almost 4 years and even at the time of purchasing it, it was used one.
Luckily there's a shop near which sells PC components so I could buy a replacement the very next day.
In case you're wondering:
No, I didn't leave the PSU in the snow,
I'll spare the nature from that.
Also this is my first time uploading to DTube so it'll serve as a test on how things work with it.
Here's more about the topic:

I'll elaborate more with some nostalgic PC memories in a written post. I'll also link it here when I get it done.

Rest in peace you sweet PSU.
On the bright side, at least it didn't end up catching fire like my really old off-brand PSU did a few years ago.
Oh no, that sounds devastating. Did anything survive from that?
Luckily everything but the PSU survived somehow.
After that I won't buy any power supply that isn't rated 80 plus platinum.
That's quite fortunate!
Yeah, better not spare with power supplies as they are fairly cheap overall.
Rip brother. I'm scared of the day when my pc dies or some part of it dies. I don't want to lose my GTX 1070 :(
I'm sure your 1070 will last for a long time, unless you're really unlucky, or bury it into snow :D
And if it breaks one day I will probably hang it on a wall because of its sentimental value :)
:D
how's your entry to chat is going on? :P
I've looked every place in my mail but still nothing :(
I'll ask around whats going on ^^ there is something going on as there was change of owners resently
Ok, thanks!
RIP in Power.
