Surrendering to Life's Flow

I had all these grand plans, and the Universe decided to implode them. As I surrender to the flow, and open myself to abundant possibilities, I find myself going deeper and deeper within.

Yesterday there was hardly anyone on the hike and bike trail, so I took the opportunity to hike a couple miles and #practice next to the river as a storm slowly rolled in.

This is plow pose or Halasana. My posture isn't perfect, I am not an expert or pro, but it feels sooooooo daumn good.
