My Actifit Report Card: April 3 2020

i started a challenge to lose weight, while in lockdown, and this is fifth day, had four pancakes (toddler size) for breakfast, peas and potatoes, with tomato and cherub salad for lunch, dried apricots, plums and date palm for desert, and finished with toddler leftovers from lunch and oatmeal for dinner

reached 5k, it is good to be active

challenge: started with 97,7 kg, now on 96,3, goal is to be close 8x,xx until the end of lockdown
