Food Diary #093 | Fried Eels

Hi friends

It's already at the mid of December 2024, soon we will have a Christmas holiday. Before that, everything is getting hectic, workload gets some peaks. However my daily steemit food diary blog is still running well. This is my diary about what I have been eating in my daily life.

Today lunch is about eel. It is a fried eel, and we are talking about eel here, not some unagi. Unagi is an eel shape fish, but it is a fish. This ones are real eels.

Honestly, rather than talking about the dish, I am more likely to talk about how to take these eels' pics. It is a god damn difficult, I can not get any clear sharp shots on them. Maybe it is the shape that is hard to set a focus on it.. and maybe I just lack of skills and experience.

This eels is a deep fried one, so they are hard but crunchy. Not a recommended food for elderly, it will ruin their teeth. The taste, is very debatable. Some like this eel and I am part of that group, but the other... I mean there are people who really dislike eels taste. So if you haven't tried them, please go try them and tell me which side you are.
