Elftober 12: Bakeshop

Elf Kneading Dough

It is a joy for me to see the list of my elves growing although I have not been drawing on a daily basis. This is supposed to be my own inktober challenge for myself with elves being my theme just in case you are wondering. Don't forget to check my other drawings to see how many I had made.

Now let me show some steps in making this drawing:

This is the second time I am showing an Elf in action because previously I am only showing idle images. This is quite time consuming to draw. This photo I revised several times because I couldn't get the right size and position of the legs so you might notice the slight changes as you scroll down.

The apron I revised twice and made it shorter. I want to draw a longer one but it doesn't look right. Here the Kneading motion is now depicted quite well.

The Elf is shown from an angle contrary to the usual facing in front that I got used to doing. Still a bit difficult for me to do. Notice I didn't show the whole table anymore? It will take a few more minutes and this post is already long overdue. Nevertheless hope you like it.
