Tree Tuesday - taking coffee back to it’s roots
What better for Tree Tuesday then a beautiful tree at the edge of a coffee plantation. Technically coffee grows on bushes - the plantations carefully control the height and width to make harvesting easier and to improve the quality of the coffee cherries.
Another crazy busy day at work, normally January is super quiet but it seems
Like 2020 wants to buck the trend. We had a lot on before the day started and the orders kept piling in all day. It’s good to have money coming in - but I really need to sort out the accounts and work on the websites and all the roasting and packing coffee soaks up time.
Plus tomorrow I need to go to accountants and go over the 2018/19 figures so they can be finalized before the end of January deadline. Thursday I have a meeting at XScape sports entertainment complex about supplying coffee equipment - oh and loads more coffee to roar in between. Could do with a few clones at the moment.
