nice story.... I am similar to you..... staring to run again... like you almost 30 miles per week in the past... for now only running about 9:30 mile pace at 6 miles.. looking to get back down to sub 9:00 min mile.... and about 1hr 45min half marathon pace..
It's hard to get back into the first couple of weeks. Good luck to you! Sorry it took me so long to reply. I usually get back through my feed and reply to people but it's been a long week.
