Day 626 | Back to Yoga
I had not joined a single yoga class since January 1st and I literally dragged myself to it yesterday ending up really happy that I did. I've been somewhat in slacking mode as of late and feel this might be a good turning point as I was quite productive also on the day also spending some kitchen time to prepare proper food. I'm going forward with my goals to reach in 140 weeks starting out with the easy part to get myself in top shape by getting down the basics.
I'll be meeting up with a friend on Saturday and intend to join the hot yoga class on Sunday Morning.
