Day 588 | Week Recap & Plans


I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life...

Last week was a good one where I was quite active and social overall. I joined 3 hot yoga classes, played tennis & did quite some reps. I also managed to get back under 64kg, ate pretty clean and fixed my sleeping patters which had been lagging behind.

I have been in a pattern of having good weeks alternate with bad ones and the goal this week is to break this pattern. I do have a date coming up next week Monday so I have plenty of reasons and motivation to keep myself in this good flow. Last week my yearly Hot Yoga subscription ended but I allready put mony on the side to extend it for another year. The goal is to join at least 100 classes which makes the price worth it. I have grown to love keeping this daily blog and it has turned out in a great tool for me to keep myself from drifting away in bad habits and I do plan to continue. I'll start keeping track of the amount if yoga lessons I join.

For as far as my weight goal goes, I'll try to get closer to 63kg and just continue eating plant based while drinking a lot of water.
