Day 454 | Back On Track!

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, work and my personal life...

I'm back on track after exactly 2 days of slacking. The first day of intermittent fasting worked out great. I actually tracked my calorie intake and now realize it was way up there before. I have been eating very healty but have not held back on the amount I eat. Especially these nuts and seeds quickly ramped up my calorie intake. From now on I will eat only twice a day, make sure I do a work out near the mid-end of the 16-17 hours I haven't eaten anything and I'll also watch my intake making sure I stay below 2k calories.


I had a strong urge to go on a run in the morning and did 30 minutes of that. In the evening I joined m 14th hot yoga session of the month and plan to go on another one saturday moring on an empty stomach.

Thanks! It's quite easy actually, I made it into a habit each day when I'm still in bed after I woke up. So far I never really had to drag myself into making any of the posts and they really do help to keep me on track somewhat as it puts me pretty much constantly in front of a mirror.

Try to eat just once a day. In the afternoon works the best for me. I'm burning fat throughout the whole day.

I tried this diet last year. It's so effective I had to stop at some point because I was getting too skinny :s

Thanks for the tip @oldtimer! I plan on doing that on the resting days also restricting my calories. I think I'm burning way too many calories on active days to just eat once. Yoga alone burns around 1000 calories
