Day 107 Ready Player One

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog. I enjoyed it to the extend where I turned it into a year long challenge were I try to find a good balalnce between health, work and my personal life...

I woke up an hour early as planned on thursday to create extra time and went on a short moring run. I really felt it was over a week ago that I did some running and really needed to get back into it. While 10 days ago I really felt running 10km would be quite easy, I did not feel like I would be able to do that yesterday if I wanted to. (It might also just have been a bad day)

After my moring run, shower and breakfast I somehow became very lazy and unproductive knowing I was way ahead of my regular schedule. I did do my 100 daily reps and went on an evening walk and continued eating plant based so when it comes down to working out and eating healthy I'm on track.

The day was not really that productive and I decided to watch a movie before going to bed. Ready Player one which I have wanted to see for a long time. My expectations were rather low which made me actually like it. I really enjoyed all the pop culture references and the entire idea spending most time in a virtual world was very relatable to me since finding a good balance in this is one of my main objectives with this blog.

It was a joy to put the stripes on the magnetic drawing board for the first time really.

I failed on the nofap yesterday and I don't mind that much, the main objective is to get a better balance. Keeping track of the days without eating potato chips (my weak spot) I guess will become quite the streak (don't quote me on this).

Really cool blog man.. I love what you are doing.. Health is way to under rated! After I started clean eating and exercising I felt better than I had in my entire life! Its amazing how good you can actually feel when you treat your body right.. I hope more people follow your lead and start taking health seriously. You should definitely get involved with @actifit, you would already have earned coins for things your doing anyhow.. :)
