Feta Hummus Cucumber Sandwiches
I’m just about ready to finish and eat my Feta Hummus Cucumber Sandwiches. Next I will spread the cheese a bit, add some spices, close them up, and chow down.
This is such a simple meal and easy to make. All I have to do is shop for the right ingredients and prepared them. This is so much healthier than fast food and cheaper than eating out or ordering take out or delivered food. It also tastes fresher and better than any junk I could eat. After this I feel stronger and better able to keep working.
People often tell me making their own healthy food is too hard or too expensive. I hope this sandwich will help to change some minds.
