🥤 SWEET TOOTH SMOOTHIE 🥤
I created this recipe to couple with my video Natural Ways to Ease PMS. Bananas are such a powerful fruit containing so many nutrients, it is definitely a inexpensive food to add into your rotation to get fiber, manganese, and a melatonin hit to help you sleep better just to mention a few. Bananas are also a GREAT ingredient base when you want to make a guilt free desert. Here is one of my go-to sweet smoothies to combat throwing my healthy eating out the window. Quick, easy, automatic way to satisfy your biggest sweet tooth.
INGREDIENTS
1 cup nut milk of your choice (I used organic non GMO soy)
1 medium frozen banana
5 dates (pitted)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Dash of cinnamon
*for a variation you can add 1 tbl of peanut butter to this
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy. This serves 1 diligent person wanting something sweet, but not wanting to derail their diet. Sit back and enjoy while admiring your willpower.

You will need one frozen banana (without the skin of course) as well as five dates (pitted - without the pit).
