Fusion can be used in mortgage smart contracts whereby on the fusion platform, investors are connected directly to the borrowers excluding the third party which can mainly the bank. In this situation, the transaction takes less time to execute being that the investors and the borrowers are working directly with each other, this reduces the interest rate for the borrowers and increases the return of the investors.
Mapping of chains and transaction logic improves interoperability

by using Fusion key technology which is the ‘distributed control rights management’

which distributes the private keys in a decentralized manner so that no single node has any private key in its entirety with special token created .

This is called ‘cryptoasset mapping’ and it allows the financial transaction of multiple currencies on one platform in a more effective and efficient manner while maintaining the ‘security integrity of the blockchain’ which is the benefits of using traditionally bank-operated financial tools in a decentralized manner across different chain users.
