코인베이스-비자 암호화폐 직불카드, 유럽 7개국서 쓴다
미국 최대 암호화폐 거래사이트 코인베이스가 글로벌 결제업체인 비자(VISA)와 손잡고 출시한 암호화폐 기반 직불카드 '코인베이스카드'를 유럽 7개 국가에서 사용할 수 있게 됐다.
12일 미국 경제매체 CNBC에 따르면 이날부터 스페인, 독일, 프랑스, 이탈리아, 아일랜드, 네덜란드에서 코인베이스카드를 모바일 애플리케이션(앱)을 통해 발급받고 이용할 수 있다. 코인베이스카드는 지난 4월 영국에서 먼저 출시돼 1000장 발급됐다.
우리나라에서도 이런 서비스가 빨리 정착되었으면 합니다.
