Should You Follow These Guys?

The pattern is always the same. Assertive alpha male characters who talk in general terms but don't actually ever say anything. You could watch Grant Cardone, Tai Lopez, and Gary Vaynerchuk all day everyday but wouldn't have any piece of information that would help you accomplish anything. Maybe a little motivation can go a long way??? It isn't all bad thought because their online content is free and it is clear that when you go to their events that you will be paying to go there. So I really can't label them as scammers for the most part. Sometimes I feel like Tai Lopez toes the line on the deceptive part which could land him as a scammer. Overall I'm pretty neutral on these guys overall to be honest. A lot of people are surprised to hear that I'm not more critical of them. Tai was pretty up front about the fact that all his cars and the house are leased in the h3h3 piece. The fact that he even let Ethan come over was cool. I'm sure he is a pretty cool guy but at the end of the day I don't think anyone is going to learn anything from is courses or seminars that they couldn't learn in more depth by doing some research online about the topic.

I have friends who are so triggered by Tai Lopez but I just laugh about it for the most part. It is strange how there is a lot more money in saying nothing essentially than there is in teaching tangible skills. People love to mental masturbate.

There great guys to follow but I see to many people wasting a lot of time just watching there content instead of doing it themselves. 😀

Yeah it is the biggest problem for sure. People have a really hard time taking action. College is strange as well. People are so willing to take classes and spend tens of thousands of dollars to be directed to do things instead of just doing something like the Team Tree House Tutorial to see if they actually like to program.

I have seen so many people do that when they could have just tried it on their own and ask themselves if they would like to sit there all day and do that.

Yeah, I went to college from 1995-1999... just because it was free for me lol. I did drop out to do stuff online 🤷🏼‍♂️🤣

I take them with a very large grain bag of salt. I reckon anyone who has to push so hard and SHOUT SO MUCH doesn't have a whole helluva lot to back up their song and dance routine.

Not that Grant's "big checks" aren't real; it's just that few people beyond the first 50-100 involved get very far... and by the time you see this in a sidebar ad? You're already number 547,391 to sign up, and you'll make $2.91 on your best day.

Sorry, I spent a couple of decades analyzing and writing about "systems" and network marketing in the business press... so a little jaded and cynical.

I hear you for sure. I can rant on about network marketing structures for sure myself. What they have been able to do psychologically to people is pretty insane. Just think about Amway. Year after year people still join despite so many people crying scam. It is pretty insane.

Tai's program is supposed to force people into doing actionable steps supposedly but people don't seem to like the way the steps are laid out.
