Weekend Recap

Hi Friends,

I had a very nice weekend and I hope each of you did as well.

Saturday was a fun day for me and my wife, as we had a date day with no kids! The kids got to hang out with the grandparents, eating burgers, ice cream and playing all day, while my wife and I went with a few friends to a “wine safari”, which is basically a zoo with wine tasting. This particular location was in Malibu, and it was a perfect day for some wine tasting as it was about 80 degrees Fahrenheit out:

After wine tasting, we went to the beach and ate at Duke’s on the water - a really nice day!

On Sunday, we went to church and then came back for lunch. After lunch, Kendra went down for a nap, and Jacob and I took off to a local indoor playground he likes... we had a great time:

We then hung out with some friends in the afternoon at their house and had dinner and dessert. A nice time for sure!
