BTC is NOT banned in India

While the country has several laws or proposed laws on the table, it has been confirmed by a Gov official the Crypto and BTC are not actually banned in India at this time.

In an economy where many do not have bank accounts, the spread of the use of Crypto has been hampered by the confusion.

Will BTC and other Cryptos now boom in India?

Time will tell
