Like a rushing mighty hippo
There mauling us, our relentless purge
Each coming out, steering his people
If this will end, let it end with blood
To her people to protect, on the street
The police did detest our deeds.

A clean water and amenities
Is that too big to ask
Paved road, world class hospitality
And each day we paid our tax
To the road, on street, let them know
That we bleed, in our veins blood flow.

A broadcast was all it takes
They called for calm, we are not ready to give way
More pleading, less dialogue, many were fake
Final straw given, all amenities taken
More, say more, more, we cried for more
More destruction, more burning, more damages.

With a global all for help, non came
We put our destiny into our hands
And more and more fan destructive emblem flame
Let it burn, let it go down to ashes
A new world we clamour
A new world they gave us.

Once again like hippo they march
Power to no one, we stand
Decentralised, no centre power
You and I, standing high
Finally have a say in the event of my days
Close to the round table, a shot to end the peace.
