My Actifit Report Card: December 24 2018
Today started so well, I was very happy that I switched on my actifit app as early as possible. The morning started with the washing of dad and mom's car followed by some household chores.
Around 8-9 am I was busy taking good care of my grandma who is 110+ years and she can't move herself again. It's a lot of stress for everyone but we just have to do it for humanity sake.
When I was through I went to work and managed to drop one post which was curied 😂 and I was very happy. This kind of a thing encourages me to keep on moving.
I came back home in the evening and prepared for church right away from there we went home and it was glorious.
