The Diary Game || 17-04-24 || Working out with Steemians, Visiting a Steemian and Steemit Mentorship

It was a wednesday, a dusty wednesday. The days have been running so well and it's moving at a fast pace. Waking up early is my hobby and sleeping late is also my hobby. It was workout day. I conditioned my mind into going for this workout despite my busy schedules which keeps increasing over time.

Morning Activities

I woke up as early as 5Am and then did other major things before leaving the house for workout. On my way to the workout station, l played some motivational songs and did jogging to the place. It was quite clement for workout and the breeze was just to sufficient for fresh breath.

I thought I was kind of late not until I saw a few persons there preparing to exercise on the fitness board. The energy I saw there was no small energy so to speak and to be frank, I joined them with the same energy without stopping for almost 30 minutes. It was quite interesting to see non of us felt tired out because we just had to endure a little more.

The first workout session we did was playing with the board and dancing with it alongside the movement of the song played.. The songs were just fitting songs that rhymed with our legs up and down. More people came and in the absence of fitness boards, the used the pavement as support.

Stretch Lifts

This is always one of the most strenuous form of exercise and requires a measure of endurance to sustain yourself as the 40 rounds kept counting. At some point, I nearly gave up but I didn't just want to obstruct the flow of energy that came alongside. I continued with that same energy and finished my rounds. This is our coach @ngoenyi who paved way for us to follow suit. She showed us how to do it perfectly and we did same

These are pictures of us trying to do the programme and at some point, she helped some people position themselves in a way that they'll get it well for the purpose of the exercise. We were to feel the pains in our legs, ankle, hands and hips. I felt it all over my body, including my head.

These are pictures of the two new trainees we have onboard. They saw what we were doing and how consistent we were with it and ought to join us at least to relieve themselves of weightless and fatigue. They also carried that same energy we had to the fitness center........

10 seconds Break

My coach has always been telling us that she'll give us 10 seconds break after a marathon programme completion. This break is to increase our enduring spirit for the next programme. The 10 seconds break was used to shake our bodies following the beats that sprang from the music box my coach brought. This music energised me before the start of another programme. The next programme was another thorn in the flesh.

These are the total number of people that came for workout that day. We were actually increasing in numbers. The next programme was another difficult one that requires you take your legs in and then bring it out and press yourself up and down. The programmes were just too difficult.

After the programmes, we took to doing other activities involving badminton and other strengthening form of exercise. While we were keeping ourselves busy with the activities, I spotted a newbie trying to do her introductory post with the aid of my coach. It's good to see her on the platform.

Afternoon and Evening Activities

On leaving the workout station, I headed to get something inside my stomach and this was an eatery's buns. For the first time in history I've tasted such bons that is a hard as stone.. I threw everything away because I couldn't eat it, my ideal.

I headed for a Steemian's house @okere-blessing as she was in serious need or assistance of something. I helped her sort it out before heading back home when I got to eat my breakfast and also had my lunch. I felt everywhere in my body struggling to stay fit. In the evening when I was a bit less busy, I did the usuals which was to mentor my students on Steemit. I gave them assignments as usual and monitored how they did so perfectly. These are screenshots and that was how my day ended.

You are amazing, I have seen pictures and it looks you enjoy a lot during workout out and seriously I want to join also gym but money problem and time problem. I have to work hard at late night also for my daughter's education and that's why I couldn't go to gym

Gym is really nice and body comes in shape and all clothes suits to body and we feel that we are so fit and handsome. Gym makes you fit. I did gym so I have experience but now I left it due to money problem and time problem.
